Working with IBEX on our reroofing project was a great experience from top to bottom. The communication was outstanding from the initial estimate all the way through completing our re-roofing project. Every level of service was great - the initial information meeting with the estimator: our project manager keeping us up to date as we scheduled and worked through the project; to the guys doing the roofing - who did a fantastic job and kept our property super tidy at the end of each day (not my experience with other roofers!). A+++ all around - if you are in need sort of roofing project - do not hesitate to call IBEX!

Calabe called and was able to come by early and hear what my concerns were and did an inspection gave me quotes , I settled for zinc treatment that he applied in no time . Very professional and no pressure sales.

It started out promising. They provided a timely estimate, scheduled the service (moss removal and zinc treatment), and then things started to not go as good. It took two trips to "complete" the job, which is understandable, but when the job was "completed" we noticed that there was still moss and lichen on the shingles and that only part of the roof had been treated with zinc. Upon calling the individual's supervisor back to report our concerns, he said "yeah, I was concerned that there might be concerns..." after he had called to collect the payment and I shared my observations.
I am a firm believer in second chances, and this company is sending the same individual back out to perform another moss removal and zinc the entire roof (again), so perhaps the second time around is better than the first....

I recently hired Ibex Roofing to fix a vent leak in my roof. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and transparent.
The service tech, Luke, demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise and skill. He identified the source of the leak and provided me with a clear and detailed explanation of the necessary repairs.
Luke was also incredibly efficient and professional. He arrived promptly, worked diligently, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. He was respectful of my property, kept the work area clean and tidy, and communicated with me every step of the way.
