I feel so lucky to have found W1 Taekwondo for my 8 year old son to learn at. It is such a great environment for his little mind to focus and learn discipline. The teachers are all very good at what they do and treat every child in the class with respect and kindness. We have found such a wonderful community in W1 taekwondo!

Our familys journey with W1 Taekwondo has been transformative, not just for our son Khaden but for us as a whole. Since joining and recently earning his yellow belt, Khadens joy and pride in his achievements have been palpable. His focus and attention to detail have seen remarkable improvements, a testament to the programs positive influence on young minds. Khaden has always been a beacon of good behavior, kindness, and respect towards others. My wife's and my delight lies in witnessing how his experiences at W1 Taekwondo have further refined these qualities, boosting his confidence and inspiring a newfound zeal for excellence in all areas of life, from academics to home responsibilities and being an exemplary big brother. The sense of community at W1 Taekwondo is exceptional. The supportive network of parents and the inclusive atmosphere foster a real sense of belonging and mutual encouragement among the students. Master Adrian and his dedicated staff excel not only in teaching martial arts but also in instilling valuable life lessons in discipline, respect, and hard work. We wholeheartedly recommend W1 Taekwondo to anyone considering martial arts. The impact on our sons character and the visible growth in his self-assurance speak volumes of the quality and ethos of this program. A special acknowledgment goes to Master Adrian, whose commitment and passion for teaching have significantly contributed to our sons development. As a severely Disabled Military Veteran with limitations that prevent me from participating, I observe from the sidelines, immensely proud and somewhat envious of the wonderful experiences my son is having. W1 Taekwondo is more than just a martial arts academy; its a community where lifes important lessons are taught and learned. In the spirit of W1s guiding philosophy, Storms Never Last, we are reminded that the challenges we face only serve to make us stronger and more resilient. Thank you, Master Adrian and team, for your exceptional work and for embodying this powerful message in everything you do. Keith

My son and I have recently joined classes at W1. The leadership and ethos of this program is exactly what we are looking for. Our perfectionist 7-yr old had a swift fall during class, which really scared him and caught him off guard. Immediately Master Adrian asked him if he was ok, encouraged him to keep going, but more importantly demonstrated empathy saying with a level of calm, "I have had many falls like that". Our son still remembers this. Master Adrian is well versed in resilience, and this trait combined with modeled empathy makes this program extremely valuable. I attend the adults class, which is inclusive through intention and practice. Most of my adulthood I have felt scared or embarrassed to workout alongside peers. W1 is a totally different story, it is a community-minded environment where you can have fun. Our family recommends W1 for kids and adults alike!
