Rose is incredibly thorough and professional. She went over her shop protocol with me via email, phone, and upon entering the studio. I felt totally comfortable and safe, and she worked well with me on my design. Im not very artistic, so I have some ideas, but need a professional to help me sort out the details. Rose totally nailed what I was going for and gave me great aftercare instructions. Im really pleased with my experience, and I know it wont be the last time I work with her.
