We had an extremely favorable experience re-roofing our home with Mova/Bend Roofing Service. We felt the transparency, integrity, and communication they offered was far and above any other contractor we had used in the past. Eli, made us feel as if he cared about our home as much as he does his own and his crew were kind and courteous. They managed to complete our roof in a single day and helped work with our insurance company as well. We will most definitely be using Mova for our future home improvement needs as well.

These gentlemen are really great!! My sisters up in age and needed some help with a roof leak. Unfortunately I’m pretty far away so I had to have someone who could fix her roof leak and do some hand holding. They did a really nice job! Repaired the leak, the cost was fair and they really handled everything well.

I just called this company on Wednesday to help with some snow removal on our roof. The dispatcher scheduled us for the "sometime the next day", quoted us a reasonable figure but then they never came out. I then got a strange message from the dispatcher on Thursday night saying they were going to cancel our appointment (which I assumed was the case given that it was nighttime) due to someone having a family emergency that day and we could reschedule for 2 days later. I called them right back - they did not answer and they have not called me back which I requested that they do. Their communication with me seemed off somehow and it also set me back at least 2 days in getting someone out to our house.

Bend Roofing Service is great! They're customer service and skills are top notch. I would definitely recommend them, especially for roof repair due to storm damage!
