        Werner/nowCrawford requires you have your taxes in by 3/1 or 3/15 so your taxes will be done before by 4/15. The first year my taxes were in in 4/1.I had to file an extension. The front desk gal said they lost them for a little while charged me $225 with prepped taxes after several calls(August/Sept. finally signed papers), she kept telling me they went in order when Id call. The Second year I had them in on 3/10 prepped as usual. After several calls and finally stopping in there a couple times in July/August. They Young man stated they had forgotten about them and this was the second time I had a sit down meeting with him within a couple months. I own a business and know mistakes happen, that is why I went back the send year(he Also hired additional staff). I understand mistakes happen. I feel $950 is excessive for the situation. I was rude, but Id had enough. It doesnt take 4-5 months. Im usually not rude. I usually dont take the time to write a review.
