Beware of this site and Kevin Whiting. The guy is a major scam artist. Google his name and do your research before hiring this guy and whatever you do, do not give him any money up front or you will never see or hear from him again.

DO NOT BE FOOLED. THIS MAN, KEVIN WHITING KEEPS CHANGING HIS BUSINESS NAME BUT HE DOES NOT PERFORM THE WORK, HE LIES AND LEADS YOU ON, HE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RETURNS....THERE ARE MANY MANY OTHERS, NOT JUST ME. HERE IS MY REVIEW FROM THE LATEST BUSINESS NAMES AND HE IS NOT LICENSED. Kevin Whiting currently using Premier Appliance. Other business names included Willamette Appliance, APEX,and there may be more.... I too have had a horrible experience with this "business" person, using all tactics described in the other reviews....Coming out right away and gaining my confidence that he will properly and promptly do the repair. (replace an igniter in a propane oven). He seemed like the real deal. Then after taking my money for parts and return trip to install he NEVER returned to do the work. After several attempts he has completely ignored me. First contact was 11/16/17. Was to return 11/30/17. Contacted all month long (dec) with a few texts, emails and calls being answered with appt dates that were set and then never followed thru on. Promises made and broken time and time again. After calling him out on all the bad reviews with same story next morning a glowing review appears... to which he relies on his FB page the following: " People are never motivated generally to give a review, unless they do not like something. We make sure customers are happy, which usually means no review. It's nice to see that just doing what we do is appreciated." The repair is still not done and it is now 1/7/18. I am not even certain that the diagnosis is correct or just fabricated. At one point Kevin said he would mail me the part which of course has not occurred. I have requested a refund for the $200 and will see if it comes in the time frame I have requested. If not, I will pursue legal action and report to the various boards as I understand it, Kevin is not licensed. If others would like to share info on their attempts to get there money back or service done, a united front might be helpful. Kevin is in deep denial of his issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. scam UPDATE: KEVIN DID SEND A REFUND AS REQUESTED AND APOLOGIZED.
