My wife and I had the privilege of dealing with Tim over the past 2 months. We had 1 zoom meeting initially and then were able to meet him in person on 4 separate occasions. Tim has been a God Send to my family. We have worked with him on getting dad on to Medicaid and getting the V.A. items taken care of. Being a Vet himself, makes the situation better. He knows how the V.A. works and has a handle on the direction to go. He is very interested and invests himself fully. You don't ever feel like it is just his job.... You feel more like he is part of the family and very concered for the outcome of the situation. He will follow up quickly, and is very professional. We are so Luck to have his services.
