1. Why did you decide to make a move? My wife had decided to retire, and while we were managing on one income, we found the better solution would be to move to Oregon where we could pay off a house, have a little extra dough left over, and be near family. 2. What were you looking for in your REALTOR? We needed a realtor who was experienced in rural properties in the Bend area. We were interested in a home with 10+ acres of land and when we met Christina, we felt she had the experience we needed. 3. Why did you choose us? Our realtor in Southern California presented us with several candidates in her network. Our first conversation was with Christina, and we chose her immediately. 4. What did you value more about our service? Christina is an excellent communicator and kept us up to date on our transaction throughout the process. Her personal experience with rural living helped us see all the dimensions of our intended purchase clearly and made our decision-making process simple. 5. What advice would you give to a potential buyer or seller? If you are looking for a Bend area property, rural or otherwise, put your confidence in Christina and her team. She has been a joy to work with, and we now count her as our first Oregon friend. We'd select TnT Real Estate LLC again, without question!

My fianc and I were beginning the process on purchasing our first home and was referred to Mrs Christina. From the get go on meeting and getting to know our realtor very professional but best of all building a relationship with Mrs Christina from what kind of home were looking for, location and walk throughs. She has made the process so easy from finding the home we fell in love with all the way to closing and even after. We couldnt be happier with all that Mrs Christina has done for us.

As a first time buyer, I wanted a realtor that had my back and could take the time to answer my questions and provide quidance on the things I didn't know much about or at all. Christina helped me anlot with those things and her assistance was incredibly valuable. On top of that, the service came with a load of perks and benefits I continue to use to this day!

Christina was truly professional, compassionate and dedicated throughout the selling of our beloved mama's home after her passing in August 2021. It was such an extremely difficult time for the three daughters that were left behind and as we were dealing with the loss, the deep grief and the pain, Christina made the process of selling her home a smooth one, as we didn't have to worry about it. She kept us well informed of what was happening along the way and she was able to sell mom's home within a beautiful time frame.
