Regency Prineville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Today I was there visiting family member. Her bed was not working so she could not sit up to eat. I spoke to one of the employees and she said they had notified maintenance a few times and were told to just wiggle the cord which is hey had tried numerous times my. He said he was unable to come because he was at a game. Next thing I knew 4 of the female employees and 1 male brought her another bed got her situated and sitting up so she could eat. They all had her laughing. It was such a great situation and great attitudes from all. Way to fix the problem. This job they do is very hard and I do not feel they get paid enough Hopefully management will recognize these employees. They went above and beyond. I appreciate that so much ch.

My Dad, Bill, was here for a year. I was so amazed to see how well he was received from all staff and residents. My Dad improved so much here and he enjoyed life again. He was very happy. Dad passed away peacefully at his home under Hospice Care 9-10-23, he was 87 years old. He passed away six weeks after his wife of 66 yrs, Jill, 82 years old, passed away peacefully at her home 7-24-23. I appreciate each of you for your time and help Thank you, from the middle child you never knew existed.

I have worked here off and on for 35 yrs..this time for the last 15 yrs.. We have an amazing staff, many have been here 5 or more yrs.. The administrator is amazing has an open door policy, always there to listen and help any resident or staff..We care for the residents as if they are own family!! The best place ever!
