Prospect Historic Hotel Bed and Breakfast Inn - Motel and Dinner House

We had a late check in due to some car trouble but our hosts were so understanding the rooms were perfect and the bed was so cozy.

This a really remote little town. Really friendly people there with good old fashion hospitality. You're treated with respect and with personalized service. We were well received and told the low down on all the beautiful hiking and good fishing going on all around that area. It's nestled in the forest with the sounds of nature all around. The nearby Rogue River (at this point is still not much more than a creek) can be heard not far from the main road. Just a beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Where your thoughts are as clear as the river water.

What it might lack in some modern facilities, it makes up in charm. Yes, rooms are mostly really small, the bed is as well and the wood creaks at every move you make but the service, peaceful surroundings and breakfast are great. WiFi was ok but hotel was not full so may have played a role. Dinner was very nice as well and they have an awesome wine and beer selection. There is no elevator and airco is controlled centrally. Crater Lake is about 45-60 mins with some interesting stops along the way as well.
