        I always try to support local businesses, even knowing 90% of the time they charge a min of 10% more than big corporation's / chain co. do.. that being said I had an emergency and needed someone that day to come check out the situation. I was willing to pay any extra fee being it's an emergency call out. Instead I was told they have no availability for at least a week. I then contacted Rawhide Electric. They also were booked, but being they had a tech in Rainier on a job they were willing and able to have him stop by to check out my issue at no additional costs. I would just have to wait an hour or two. That was by far excellent service. They took my situation into consideration and made me feel like I was a priority. I can not say the same for Vilardi, nor would I recommend their services to anyone. I hope in the future they step up their customer service skills. Treat the customers they way they would want to be treated.
