My husband filed taxes here. They processed our $590 payment for their services, and we expected taxes to be filed and to receive copies of the returns. It took several emails to receive a copy. A few months later we inquired as to why the IRS hadnt received the taxes we had paid this company to file. Turns out, they never filed them!!! We were told today that theyre going to be apparently sending us a paper check to refund the money wed paid them months ago to do our taxes. Not sure that will happen. How did we know theyre going to do that? Why cant they just refund our debit card? Why werent our taxes filed with the IRS? This company said they now cant file until January 2023. WHAT? Im 100% positive we got scammed by what seemed to be a reputable tax accountant in service In Redmond. What a waste of time and money. Take your money elsewhere and dont get scammed like us. Now our taxes are late and were out $590. So frustrating

By far the best accounting and tax preparation in Central Oregon. Great customer service and most importantly their team saved me time and money with tax prep, payroll and filing as an S corp. Highly recommend for anyone near Redmond, OR.
