Light Elegance

As an educator and 20 years as a cosmetologist. I find it not only bad buissnes but shady customer service to allow your customer buy your kit (over $250) then "insit" they pay $65 for "education" the next day!!! NOT PLEASED!

As a nail technician, I have searched high and low for a brand that provides excellent adhesion, wear and is on trend. Light Elegance has all of these attributes and many more. They are absolutely the best hard gel brand on the market. They stand by their products, and they have seasonal collection releases throughout the year. They have so many products to choose from, from their hard gels, to their color and glitter gels and their gel polish range. They create products that work for nail techs and please clients. They also have excellent customer service and offer a lot of free education just through their Facebook page and You Tube channel. I have been buying their products for the past two plus years and plan on buying them for as long as I'm a nail technician. Thank you Light Elegance for all you do for the professional nail tech community.

While in beauty school, we got to "meet" Lezlie and her daughter Lexy through zoom meetings. They were so fun, the kind of people you would love to meet in person! Fast forward to today while in Bend for a family vacation, I couldn't pass up the chance to swing by and see their Bend facility. So mom and I stopped by and to my surprise, the whole gang was there! Lezlie has an office right on the main floor and greeted us! She was so gracious and gave us a tour of the facility where we got to meet Lexy and Jim (well kind of. We saw him from afar but that still counts, ha!) I'm not sure she gives tours all too often so it was such a nice surprise! We of course had to shop for some awesome products which im super excited to try out when we get back home. I highly recommend shopping for products in the store as the pricing was better in the store as opposed to shopping online. Like a lot better. And the staff is very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you may have about HOW to use any particular product they have. Overall, its like an adult toy store. So many fun products!
