I live near Tacoma, WA and had Dabella replace some of our windows. The pictures show their professionalism and was taken after the contractor was finished. In fact Dabella was so nice, they even had me sign an agreement to paid me almost 4% of the contract cost back not to complain or sue and to leave a 3 star plus review.

I was called on exactly on time by a very professional young man, Kyle Gruver. After examining our roof thoroughly, he explained in detail exactly what had to be done with the roof. Since the roof was very old and had several levels of singles, the roof needs to be totally replaced and Kyle explained exactly what would be entailed in replacing the roof. He gave me several options that are available to me. I was very impressed and surprised of Kyle's knowledge of the roofing construction business, the company really seems to educate there representatives. I give this representative and company 5 stars and will recommend this company for any of their construction needs, thank you, Mrs. Walter Kiedaisch Service: Roof repair

was told it was a 30 minute evaluation then 30 minutes to go over options. It was actually an aggressive sales pitch. I got home at 8pm and he was still there. 2 hours later. He stayed through my husband cooking dinner, putting our 2 year old to bed. The lack of perception was incredible. We were then given a sales pitch when I got home for 50k. That shortly after came down to 33k. We just bought this home, have a toddler and a baby due in a few months. The was a completely predatory lending/ sales experience.This was obviously only about making money and not also best serving the client. When I explained we would not be spending that kind of money he then tried to scare us by telling us there were no supplies other than the kind dabella sells and good luck finding anyone else in the area to do the work. Looking to take advantage of people. I was thoroughly disgusted with the experience. And of note it was easy to find a reputable contractor to replace our siding at a reasonable cost for a growing family

Kyle came out on time and did a thorough inspection. He took tons of photos and shared them with me and he made a very good educational presentation. I learned a lot about roofing and materials. He answered each and every question. The product is high quality and American made. We are not in a position to replace the roof at this time but we will give DaBella serious consideration. Very good company.
