        Clerk was a young man with little if any experience in construction.  Told him what I needed to do.  Response was a blank look.  I suggested equipment that might work. He said we don't have anything like that. As I exited I saw equipment that would work in the corner of the room.  Decided to find a place with more helpful and knowledgeable staff.

        Not friendly on the phone at all. Made it seem like I was an inconvenience when requesting the 24hr rental cost of a trencher.

        These guys are always a class act. They've got what I need, usually right when I need it as well. They are professional and their prices are generally at least a bit lower if not quite a bit lower than some of the other options in town. They've earned my business, that is for sure. l
