        The perfect take off and landing pad for travel in and out of RDM. Flying out of RDM usually happens so early. I enjoyed an early morning shuttle to the airport and were able to get a good nights rest. Definitely recommend the Comfort Suites. Thanks for a lovely stay! Noteworthy details: Shuttle service to the airport is a huge plus!

        If there was a no star rating I would do that. Booked on their website days prior to our stay. Specifically booked the jacuzzi king suite for one night. Showed up to check in and was told we were bumped from that room due to someones mistake the night before and were put in a queen room. No email, phone call or text. Lady went to check the room to make sure it was clean and it wasnt even cleaned yet. Was told to wait 30 for it to be cleaned. Ended up booking at the Hampton for the same discounted price as comfort wanted us to pay for the queen room. Called back to let them know we werent staying at that hotel and to just cancel. They then informed us that they did some shuffling around to get us into a king with a balcony. Still no call or anything to update us. Not okay at all!!!! I would recommend before showing up that you have the room you booked for. I wont ever stay there or recommend this to anyone. When people book specific rooms they expect to get that. Not be bumped to a standard run of the mill average room.
