I got the item I wanted(which I only purchased here because it was sold out everywhere including online) however the customer service show by the young woman with short dark hair was strange she was very condescending and honestly I dont think Ill be going back. Id rather take my business elsewhere than feel as awkward as I did during that purchase. It felt like Here take my money! But dont treat me like a customer but as someone who is inconveniencing you and your day I also only received a receipt, no box, no bag, nothing. It was a very unprofessional and very uncomfortable experience.

One of the better ones I had to deal with. The wait was a little long due to the holidays but gentleman was very verbal and checked on us as we waited for the manager. Overall Great branch.

Did an awful job, resizing and soldering my three rings together. Off-center, messy, and different shapes. Some rings cannot be soldered together flush, however, this set could. I brought it back in and the manager was completely dismissive of me except I guess the stone is slightly off center. Acted like I was being overdramatic. This is my wedding set! I brought it to Fred Meyer Jewelers and paid them a substantial amount to customize it for me, its obviously important to me. I told her it needed to get fixed. When I went to pick it up, they 1000000000000% hadnt done anything to it and she pretended that they did. I took very detailed pictures before I dropped it off, nothing changed. Felt defeated, said oh yeah sooooooo much better. Whatever, just took my ring and left. It was a brand new set. Now my rings have dents all along the sides from where he re-shaped them (did a terrible job, notice how they dont match up?) and didnt smooth it out. My jewelry was not treated with respect, nor was I by management. I am not a difficult customer, I am kind and fairly easy to please. They charged me nearly $400 for this and now I have to pay that again to have a real jeweler to fix it. I dont know how to reach corporate as it just keeps forwarding me to the store for customer service. This is unacceptable.
