        Specifically chose this hotel because of the spa(hot tub) when booked we asked to make sure there was one & it shows one on the website! NO HOT TUB!! Front desk says they dont have one anymore, its out of order and dont plan to fix.

        My room I booked was accidentally given to another paying guest. Instead of getting us in a room they pulled the other guests out late at night and made us all wait in the lobby. On check out I was locked out of my room while loading my car up. Room was okay, but service was awful.
