Excellent service. Quick and efficient. The driver was phenomenal! Nice, polite, courteous. Hopefully I don't need them anytime soon, but I would definitely be a repeat customer. A 10 all day long!

I called to schedule a tow, and ultimately had to cancel that tow, cause we were able to locate a flat bed ourselves. I misspoke when talking with Crystal and said tow dolly. She cancelled the tow, then called me back 5 minutes later, to make sure that I knew my vehicle was AWD and could not be used with a tow dolly. The fact that she went out of her way to make sure I did not ruin my vehicle, says a lot about the company. I will for sure be using them if I ever need a tow.

What nice people to deal with! Crystal in the office is so accommodating and communicative. And Jake the driver was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend. So many other Redmond tow companies are unreliable. My roadside assistance plan did not have them on their list. So they tried to get others, and after failing, called Litsis Towing at my suggestion. Bingo! They are on the FarmTow list now!
