Dr merlo is an amazing doctor. She is so kind and knowledgeable. I was her first patient many years ago and my husband bill and I really love her. If you want the best doctor close to grants Pass its doctor Merlo and her staff.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. I can't speak for the other providers, but Dr. Merlo is very friendly and makes the visit pleasant.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this doctor and her wonderful staff!! I've been here for 8 years, and as soon as I got here I made that phone call and got established with her. And I'm so grateful that I did. This doctor goes above and beyond all the time!! She's warm and fuzzy, meaning she's approachable, huggable, and just genuinely concerned about each one of her patients. The whole staff there is incredible. I believe Dr. Merlo saved my life. If you have Dr Merlo as a doctor, consider yourself very very lucky!! She always returns my messages and the staff is quite friendly and they have shown concern as well. Which just means that they are a human beings who care about other human beings. I found out in oregon, there's not a lot of doctors like this. Dr Merlo, be kind to yourself because you are the best doctor out there and you deserve some 'me' time.
