If you want to be treated like a 2nd class citizen despite being an almost perfect tenant when it comes to maintenance and paying your rent then this is the rental management company for you. Shell accuse you of growing marijuana. Shell rummage through your closet and personal belongings. Shes the epitome of southern Oregon Trash

Wow!! I do not recommend working with this property management company nor Canis at any cost, (yes I know the Medford housing market is REALLY competitive, but its not worth it). Im moving from out of state to begin a new job and despite signing a lease, posting deposit and prorated rent for the month, and coordinating the date and time for a walk through (which happened to also be the move in date), the apartment was rented to someone else. I was not notified of this until I had driven half way (5 hours) and texted her to provide an ETA for arrival. This company is either a scam or has the absolute worst practices. In response to the reply below - when showing evidence (a screen shot from the payment portal they use), that i had posted prorated rent, full deposit, and set up a recurring monthly rental payment on the same date I signed the lease - PRIOR to the deadline to hold the unit, I was accused of fraud, (altering the screen shot image). Canis says she did not see anything posted on her end, but at no point made any effort to reach out and clarify. Yes, she did send me a list of other contacts in the property management field, but her bad practices also reflect on them. I recommend reaching out to CPM Property Management if youre looking to move to the area. They have a larger profile, answer the phone, and so far appear to be significantly more professional and responsive.
