        Good friend of mine, he's as honest as they come, diligent with his work. One time I needed a glass put in for a customer Pronto, and he drove all the way to medford same day to get it and put it in for me. As honorable as they come. Highly recommended.

        If you need anything more complicated than a simple glass replacement, go somewhere else. The glass replacement went fine. But Floyds was unable or incapable of resetting sensors that were working fine before they worked on my vehicle. I received Four days of excuses from Floyds, Which I have no idea of the truth or validity of these excuses. I wish I could give some of these unused rating stars to the glass shop that was able fix Floyds issues/mistakes. Service: Auto windshield replacement
