Just because someone refers to them self as an expert, it does NOT mean they actually know what they are doing, as is evidenced by every single employee at Advanced Auto Parts. How many times can they give bad advice, mix up auto parts, sell the wrong part, lie to customers, feign expertise and generally mess up an order? In my experience, at least four times in an 8 hour period! And still, I am being charged full price and am two days behind on fixing my vehicle due to their mistake!
