I highly recommend this store especially over the Garden Valley location for their patience and professionalism. You will leave feeling appreciated and confident with what you paid for.

Do not come to this store. I went in to purchase some accessories at this store and the woman working asked me to go to another store because she was busy with 1 customer. There was no one else in the store. I was willing to wait but she asked that we go to the other store repeatedly. When I left she followed me out and said it's not that she didn't want to help me she was just busy. Very unprofessional. Then a few days later I noticed my bill payment that I made a week prior at this store was not showing up on my account. So I called to find out why and was told that they had not deposited their funds in their bank and that it could take a week for my payment to post because she hadn't made it to the bank yet. These women are very unprofessional and seem to not know what they are doing. The other Roseburg location is much better.

Excellent service, excellent sales associates, very helpful and friendly, and now that my family has switched from Verizon to US Cellular, our 5G experience is incredible.
