All of the other reviews about this crew are bogus. They have always been on time and have returned my phone calls. The work they are doing Is phenomenal and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR HOME AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT AND BULLY YOU INTO FINAL PAYMENT LEAVING YOU TO SPEND THOUSANDS MORE ON FIXING WHAT THEY BROKE. I wish there was an option for negative stars because this would get a -5. They were contracted to level and finish a brand new manufactured home for us. The leveled it fine. But the finish work was beyond atrocious. I am an amateur and I do better work than they do. They used non-paintable caulk on cracks and corners and then painted it anyway which left it looking like a different color than the rest of my walls. There were spots they fixed on walls and then painted a quick square over and those were a different color. Because of their terrible finishing and weird colors they used on my walls I had to pay a painter to repaint the ENTIRE home to fix what they did. They left holes all throughout the entire house on all the trim and baseboards. They cut the baseboards in the most unsightly way and tried to tell me that's normal when I know better. They damaged my closets so badly that I had to buy all new hardware for my closet shelves. They left massive amounts of caulk and putty all over the place. They lied over and over again and had absolute garbage communication. They flat lied about damages they caused and that I had proof they caused. They refused to fix things that they damaged and I had to spend ridiculous amounts of money to fix their mistakes that they refused to make right even when I proved with video and picture proof this was their fault. They took over 2 months to get the job done(which you really can't even call it done) because they were bouncing to different jobs every day instead of just getting the job done. They left my house a complete mess inside. I had to replace all the baseboards they did because in addition to the crazy and horrible looking cuts they made, they used something dirty to smooth the caulk bead and let dirt dry into the caulk on my baseboards. They even tried to bully us into providing final payment before the job was complete. It never was fully completed because they never fixed the damages they caused. We eventually got them to sort of fix a couple issues but even their "fixes" were still subpar at best and still had to be fixed by us as well as another contractor. The list goes on and on and on and on of the things they left undone and damaged.

They didnt complete job as they said they would. I didnt go under house and check once they said job was completed until next day. Took pictures and sent them to company and Ive heard nothing back. They were supposed to patch a few holes and lay the black plastic over all the rest of the under belly of our home since 99% was new insulation. They were to put wood planks to keep it from sagging and only did half the house that way. They didnt close tape off were they added new plastic to old. Here are pictures of holes and complaints of what they didnt complete. I didnt even check the entire underbelly of the house. I was so upset with just what I did find. My construction crew will finish looking under the house to see whats up when they come back this week.
