        February to January 2024. I've spoke with a counselor every two weeks. He always stated, be in the moment don't focus on the past. You're doing a good job each session. One time i was skeptical of pedestrian pacing back and forth for several hours behind my house. Each session thereafter I was asked any paranoia with scary neighbors. I was crying for a solid week recently, I called him one night and said I might need to go to the hospital. Are you suicidal or homicidal "no i said never have been", But i went to the hospital years ago and wasn't homicidal or suicidal then either "that's not the point" he said. Next session i said I no longer want counseling, he said okay have a good life bye. He quickly hung up the phone.

        I get a call today didnt have my daughter there . I guess they charge a fee now . Ive only been there 2 times . She tells me I should of called i guess I didn't have enough on my plate this weekend . Graduation new job tooth extraction . Wow what happened to sorry I forgot .
