All the staff I have dealt with is wonderful, kind and helpful! But they are severally and chronically understaffed. It has been about a year now that we have been with them, the first six months they didn't have a hygienist and now they are without a dentist. They try to bring in traveling temporary people - but it is a struggle to get our appointments made, and then as often as not they have to be cancelled due to lack of staffing. The office staff is so fantastic! I don't know why they can't keep staff - but it does make it tricky for everyone.

EDIT: My spouse had a filling here approximately a year ago. They failed to remove the decay in that specific filled tooth, which caused the entire tooth to continue rotting and then fractured. He now has a tooth infection, severe pain, and we have to pay $3,000 out of pocket for a specialist out of town. Save your money and go elsewhere. Youll only get temporary employees at every appointment who dont know what theyre doing.

Made an appointment 3 months ago because that was the earliest. We get there 15 mins early and told they don't even have a dentist. Also can't have a cleaning without an exam from the dentist they don't have.

I had rated this office as 5 stars but months later I still dont have my crownsthere are two dentists associated with this branch and they are consistently not available and as a result you get a call the night before canceling your appointmentexcept I didnt get a call as the staff member had scheduled an appt but didnt put it on the schedule so I drove the 30 miles (round trip) and was told once again that there would was no dentist available the office staff is great but it doesnt matter if they cancel my treatment again and again. They are basically holding my crowns hostage I was told I could go to other offices more than an hour away.. but I have already paid for the crown and their installationUPDATE: 8/31/2023. Once again no dentist so I cant get repair done on my partial that is supposed to be covered. The current skeleton crew (desk person and hygienist) are new so not part of the original staff..went in for part two of a very expensive gum treatment and was told I had to pay for the visitI was shocked and said No, I already paid $892 for the treatment. She told me to lower my voice I was abrasive.. I did and she said she would show me the agreementI was still sputtering about how I had already paid and she whipped out an invoice and she was wrongI had paid (why hadnt she looked before I came in? They have no dentist again and no patients. She said my attitude was abrasive and abusive I said what she had just done was abusive to me..I apologized to the hygienist and she gave me a dirty look.. when I asked she said I was abrasive so I left. Do not go to this office..the nice caring staff are gone and they have no dentist again 4 in 2.5 years!
