Sleep Inn & Suites Roseburg North Near Medical Center

The front desk was not always staffed or they were busy somewhere else. I didn't have to wait long tho. Interaction was friendly. I stayed one night on the first floor, smaller room, one bed. Nothing luxurious, but nothing specific to complain about. Clean, updated, TV, coffee and mini fridge. Location was easy to find and near a lot.

Had an issue with a hotel we checked into ended up leaving and coming to the sleep inn and the front desk guy Alex was amazing and helped us out and gave us a 10% Discount added to our room to make sure we had the best experience with our kids and mainly needed the pool and hot tub for us to have something to do. The other hotels pool was down and thats the only reason we went there. Alex was a real awesome guy so friendly we gave him a tip he was so awesome we need more people like him in this world very polite down to earth and extremely helpful. Ill def be coming back to this hotel because of him!! We arrived to this place after reading some good reviews online and checking out the photos. I had accidentally looked the the pricing for 2 double beds instead of 2 queen beds on a 3rd party app. When we arrived we asked the woman at the counter for the price for 2 queen beds. She gave us the price and my husband said we will book online really quick cuz it is less on the app. The woman got a snarky tone and stated that I must have my information wrong and that it was probably for two double beds. I checked and admitted the mistake and apologized. We continued to check in with the woman for the 2 queen beds instead. During the transaction she was completely unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be helping us. She told us to verify our information on the screen to make sure it was correct. We told her the city was wrong and she snapped back just push continue and we will fix it later! We got our keys and went to the car to grab our belongings. We came back in and headed to our room. When we got to the room the door would not open. We tried several times and it appeared locked from inside. We went back down to the front desk and told the woman at the desk that we cant get into our room. She stated well did you wiggle the handle? We said no. She said you didnt do it right, you have to wiggle the handle. We ended up canceling our room and going elsewhere. The lady even had to go check the room when we canceled to make sure we didnt have someone in there even though all 3 of us who checked in were present. Not a good experience with the staff and werent able to base my rating off of anything else there. Will not book here again.
