        I recently had Alpha come to my house to fix my heating and cooling system. Not even a week later I couldnt use my thermostat on the wall so I called alpha and they said for me to turn it on and off manually on the system it self. I was told they would come back out here and fix it at no charge because it was still under their warranty for it not working no longer than a week later. I kept calling and asking for updates and they stated they were waiting for a part to arrive in the mail. Well a few months go by. I havent heard anything nor has anyone come out to my house. My heating and cooling system now doesnt blow heat nor cold air. It just acts as a fan. I would not recommend this place and if I could give 0 out 5 stars I would.

        I had given a 5 star review, but all they had done was diagnose my problem. They were going to prepare and email a quote to fix the problem with a few different options, as well as a quote to upgrade to Central Air. After 3 weeks of no quote and only sales emails, I called and was assured they had them and would email. That was over a month ago. Apparently they only wanted to diagnose my problem, my heat still isnt working properly, and now I get to pay someone else for the same thing in order to have it fixed.
