I upgraded to a new phone that was eligible for the offer of A free season of NFL Sunday ticket through YouTube, but never received email to redeem the service. I was assured prior to ordering that phone qualifies for the deal I pick phone up after 4 days of it being at the store with no notification it showed up only knew because tried to call the help line to find out about the Sunday ticket package & it notified me phone already showed. Went in to pick phone up asked the agent about redeeming the Sunday ticket deal he said it should show up with activation of the phone if didn't work to call. Never got redemption email. So Tried calling store only sent me to automated system. Finally 2 weeks later I got and agent on the assistants hotline she said everything would be fine verified email said I would receive it by Thursday or Friday. I took time off work to go back into store to return my old phone for trade in since I was told everything was okay , I told the employee in the store I still had not received email to redeem the NFL Sunday ticket Season for free which at this point 3 different people told me I should receive the deal. The 2 employees not busy were talking setting up friend requests & adding video game to his computer rather then solving my issue that has been on going for 2 weeks simply just said call the hotline again. So I am paying $600 for a phone that I only purchased to get the free season of NFL Sunday ticket plus loosing an hour of wages with absolutely no help solving this issue from the store employees that were to busy with their friend request & video games! Absolutely terrible service from the store Absolutely terrible service from the help hotline. I have been with Verizon going to this store since the purchase of Ramcell in 2006 & have never had an issue like this making me very angry & considering switching service providers for first time in 20 years.
