I've used these guys several times and have never been disappointed. Very professional, very prompt and efficient at an extremely good value. I would never use any other plumbing company!!!

On a Friday at 3:30 p.m., we were notified by our restoration contractor that the refrigerator water line shut off valve was leaking and the water would need to be shut off until it could be repaired. They had placed a call to a local plumber they use, but they did not receive a answer. I was told I should contact a plumber otherwise it would be Monday before water could be restored. Searching Google and very first entry I came across was Precision Plumbing & Rooter. I called and Levi answered right away. Levi said he was pretty well booked up and then asked what the situation was. I explained what was going on and he said he may be able to get someone out today. One hour later, Levi called back and let me know that Dan was on his way. Dan arrived and addressed the issue quickly. He explained the process step by step and was very courteous. I greatly appreciate their quick response and great customer service. A+

Our (almost) 30 year old water heater bit the dust and we realized we needed a new one asap. Precision Plumbing responded quickly and was able to replace ours the same day we called them. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and responsiveId recommend giving them a call!
