Our family had the pleasure of working with Emily to find the right house to become our home. We were returning to Oregon after a short time in another state. Emily was extremely helpful. Her local expertise is second to none when having to see houses listed on websites and inquire about the neighborhoods, housing conditions, local concerns, etc. She never steered us in the wrong direction. When I was not able to view houses physically she would go out of her way to ensure that we were seeing the property virtually and providing her expert advise in regards to the particular home. Volk Realty is, unfortunately, the hidden gem of Roseburg. I say unfortunately because they should be your go-to realtor. Family owned and operated, everyone at Volk Realty is exactly what you want when buying a home. Skip the chains, go to a locally owned business, get the old-school, professional service you expect.
