When I realized that we had a problem with water, I was in a state of panic. The thought of dealing with insurance, restoration, and construction companies was overwhelming. I reached out to a few companies, but the professionalism and expertise of the team at True North Restoration stood out. From the person who answered the phone, to Elijah who came out and determined what needed to happen and then assured me that he would help with the insurance company, to Justin and Tabatha who came out and made everything safe and took care of everything that needed to be done, I have been more than impressed with this company.

Hired this company after servpro was sent by insurance and destroyed so much its unreal. Felt terrible for someone who had to fix their mess but I am highly impressed so far. Elijah has been the one running the job and he's been great, even makes sure after a days work to call or talk to us in person to update us with everything. The workers weve had so far have all been doing great, very friendly, sociable, trusting, and an all around honest group of people. Such a relief going from a constant worry and beyond stressful company to one that I don't have a single complaint for. You'd be making a mistake not choosing this company.
