The worst of the worst. I dropped by during business hours and the woman whom unlocked a very locked door at 1:30 pm on a weekday was surely the quintessential gross human needing control of a situation worse than nearly anyone I've ever met. If she is an indicator of what to expect should you hire this firm? I strongly recommend you turn around and run in the opposite direction. When Attorneys, CPA's, and other white collar workers behave like the initial representation left here? It's zero wonder why last year (2021) over 250 attorneys were disbarred in the State of Oregon alone. When white collar workers believe they are above and better than the blue collar folks whom pay the majority of their income? Dear God were all in trouble. I run a business and rest assured if one of my employees acted as this extremely rude women whom obviously works here she would be learning about welfare. She would not be granted unemployment! Imagine my dismay finding a business with a door locked which is by law to remain unlocked during business hours to have an employee come to the door, unlock it, then attempt to control the next 60-120 seconds which was so unnecessary it's nearly an absolute waste of time to write this review. I attempted quite politely to ask after she unlocked the front door and said how can I help you: I replied attempting not to be intrusive. What are your business hours I don't wish to intrude. She again replied "how may I help you"? Repeating myself I asked what are your normal hours of operation as I do not wish to intrude. Again she flat refused to answer my very normal reasonable question. Again as I surveyed the window front on the office for posted hours of operation I asked her once again what are your hours of operation? She got ruder barking "how can I help you". Once again I politely stated what are your hours of operation? To which the 3rd or 4th time she flat refused to answer an extremely normal reasonable question. I stated at this point helping me was really easy: answer my reasonable legitimate question. Very simple, let's start there and proceed accordingly. She refused. I had determined if this is how you run shop and this is how extremely rude you deem as suitable then you obviously think your above the rest of us. Let me help you out here: YOUR NOT! When supposed professional's act in this manner turn around and run. I dropped $20K a few years back on an attorney of which was well spent. But he will never be hired again due to this pathetic communication described here. This firm needs counted amongst those disbarred.
