It took quite a while to get the food and it wasn't even dinner time.It was four fifteen in the afternoon. I drove home literally three minutes from the restaurant and the hamburger was cold. The service was not good because it took a long time and it was slow in the line. If I'm paying over $13 for a hamburger fries and drink then.At least want the hamburger hot. I was. Craving a good burger and this did not satisfy me.

3/2024: Don't think we'll be eating in any Burgerville from now on. Food is about 20% as good as it was pre covid... Dry burgers. Fish sandwich flavor bland etc. Check your receipt... They don't mention any up charges. Basically they are no longer worth stopping at and definitely not worth the $$$s. Sad to see them go down. Old 3* reviews: 6/19/2022: Went in for their Father's Day offer... Basically the same as newer review below. Pre 6/2022: Been awhile (covid)... Dined in. Still clean, nice staff... Food pretty meh. Buns not what they use to be, etc. Menu a bit limited as well. We'll be back to try again, but it'll be awhile. Pre covid 5*: This location has a free book exchange bookcase. Similar to the little free library one in Kelso, WA. Vastly superior to other burger places. Free WiFi too.

The good: -classic fries are good -person working the drive through was nice The bad: -I like a little pink but the burger was pretty undercooked -The bun is... Grainy and unsubstantial. That the best way I can describe it. -High price for what you get regardless of locally sourced ingredients. -Asking for tips at a fast food joint? If y'all are paying your employees a living wage and that was a reason for your high prices I would be fine with that, but the presence of a tip ask in the drive through screams "We pay our employees the lowest wages we can, give them more money so they can pay rent please" Maybe I'm just spoiled with my local food options at home but locally sourced ingredients, well paid employees, and delicious burgers/fries/shakes are not hard to find and have both better serving sizes and are cheaper than this place where I live.
