If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ken might be good with landscaping but NOT TAKING CARE OF FISH PONDS. He said he could do all of the work with our pond and landscaping. We needed him to help keep our koi pond full of beautiful mature koi clean and clear. He GUARANTEED HE WOULD NOT HARM ANY OF OUR KOI. We trusted him and let him do what he needed to do. He put a few capfuls of blue liquid into the pond to clear all the algae. He so strongly convinced us that the Koi would not be harmed. Sure enough, the next morning, all of our 19 koi were floating at the surface, the ones that were not already dead gasping and mouthing at the air, dying soon after. He paid us back for the lives of our 19 koi by draining out the whole pond and filling it back up with water. The pond was barely cleaner than before and we had lost WAY MORE money than could ever be paid back through free pond cleanings. Please DO NOT let him touch your koi pond for the sake of the lives of your fish. He is not honest and is uneducated in things he says he knows. We would have rather had him tell the truth and say he could not take care of the koi pond than take the job for the money he knew wed give him. We would have found someone else who knew what they were doing. He murdered all of our 19 one-and-a-half foot long koi. I can only hope his conscience reminds him not to be so greedy, but to be an honest human being to his costumers.
