This place is terrible! Rents going up $100 starting December for all units! An no more month to month lease agreements. 1 year only. Don't make the mistake on renting here! Look up Noris an Stevens property management reviews. I've been here for over a year an now getting falsifying hurstment records from the landlord Janit. Kids messing with cars, tennit spying on others. I had to make a police report. I'm counting down my days until my 30 day notice is up. I can't wait to be out of here!

Terrible experience. I understand the management tried their best dealing with the hostility of our down stairs neighbors, but it wasnt enough. Being harassed every day just for leaving and coming home and being called names as Im walking up the stairs (at 7-8 months pregnant) , all because they didnt like hearing us living our daily lives. I was pregnant the whole time we lived here and the day before my scheduled c section I was cussed out in the managers office by the lady down stairs because my fianc was cleaning too loud. He has adhd, and had his head phone in to zone out. Not to mention the managers were witness to this hostility and did nothing. If I could give a zero and press charges I would. But because physical assault didnt happen the police couldnt do anything. Love that we worked hard to get into that apartment to bring our child into a safe home, and then we were forced out and offered no compensation. They could have moved us into another building if we paid all the fees again. Ridiculously unsafe and uncomfortable place to live. We had to start videoing ourselves leaving and getting back for video evidence of this harassment.

I lived here for about a year. They are nice apartments. I could hear my neighbors at times, especially my downstairs neighbor with her yelling and playing the piano and teaching lessons every MWF . They are very pet friendly and work to keep all pets cohabiting and safe(some of the other pet owners though made it challenging). The grounds are well kept and there is plenty of visitor parking. My apartment had ants every so often, but management gave me traps to lay out and it would resolve until the next wave. I was disappointed getting charged a cleaning fee because I lived in the apartments less than 18 months even with leaving it in great condition, but it is in the rule book so . Management was always great to work out any issues in the apartment and were always friendly.
