Moved in last week and so far the complex has been great! Brooke, our leasing agent was fantastic and easy to work with. She made the move in process so easy and helped my partner and I every step of the way.
The complex is very nice, with a seasonal pool and year-round hot tub and fitness center. The guests suites available for rent for visitors is pretty darn cool!
My partner and I are in love with the layout and how much space we have in our Sapphire floor plan. It almost feels more like a home versus a apartment! I absolutely love the electric fireplace in the living room, really brings it all together to make it feel much more like a home.
Valet garbage service is pretty nifty to have, no need to haul your trash to a dumpster, especially if you live on level 3 and don't want to haul bags of trash up and down your stairs. The lack of dumpsters on site is a con in my opinion, as if you get a backlog of trash you have to keep it in your apartment or dump it yourself at work or something.
All in all, we are loving Acero West Salem so far, and are happy we moved here.

We love living here, We got lucky and have very quiet neighbors but even when I take my dog for a walk the whole "Neighborhood" is pretty quiet. Everyone who lives here is nice or they just keep to themselves.
the only Cons are it's on the expensive side I want to continue living here but we need to move into a two bedroom and we can't really afford the two bedroom here. (But I also understand why it's a bit more pricey, they do a lot of free events and they keep the grounds in good shape.)
