Even if you're pricing accordingly to Salems current average rates for what you offer on your property for the amount you charge in rent is way to much. Most places have inflated their rates without doing any updates to their properties just because they can. So if you want to charge an arm and a leg, I feel, your property should look to be worth the amount.
