Lucas with ZUM is a "brain-iac" and knows his business! We are a CPA firm where everyone came to pick up and pay for their taxes with credit cards, where our machines had quit communicating. Lucas was on-site within an hour of our crises situation, fixed us up and we were back online accepting credits, and getting a room full of taxpayers, up and going again! Very professional! We highly recommend!
