Nora is an excellent dental hygienist, as are other hygienists that Ive had here. The staff is professional and cordial. I have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years.

I called to make an appointment, but had to leave a voicemail. They called me back and I asked to make an appointment. They were very nice up until they asked me what my insurance was and i responded with Pacific Source OHP. The lady on the phone went to a single tone in her voice and said " we aren't accepting that insurance at this time." Which is like oh okay! But she hung up on me. Which made me feel like just because I had a certain insurance I was allowed to be disrespected. I wasn't even a patient and they were rude. Just wanted to leave this comment to maybe work on some etiquette on the phone and to let other people know they do not take OHP. Just FYI.

I was a new patient calling for an appointment and they got me in same day! Everyone I interacted with was so kind! Kate, Maddie, and Dr Tom explained everything to me so I could be informed and confident in any treatment decisions I needed to make! I am so happy I found this office.

One of the most important qualities of a dentist (not ignoring skill, knowledge and hand dexterity) is chair-side manner. Dr. James Bonar under whose care Ive been under since he started his career at Pacific Crest Dental Group has this natural gift. His manner puts his patients at ease. For the last year and a half or so Dr. Bonar has been guiding me through straightening my teeth using Invisalign. Ive heard many people who in the past wore braces complain about the discomfort, but my experience with Invisalign was the opposite. I hardly knew they were there. Dr. Bonar checked my progress every six weeks, made a course correction at one point, and now marvelously I have graduated. Dr. James is calm, knowledgeable, skillful, up-to-date, reassuring, and perfectly professional. I recommend him without reservation.

Exceptional on many levels! I've been going to PCDG for about 10 yrs. I started seeing Dr. Paul and Dr. Vickie Bonar. Now their sons are creating a really unbeatable team of dentists. They are providing the best level of dental care for their patients by keeping up with the latest technology and expert care. Honest, caring and extremely knowledgeable...I couldn't ask for more. From receiving a response on a Sunday when I called about severe tooth pain, to the patience and understanding they have shown about my fear of a certain procedure...the best way to put it is that they are there for you. Great hygienists and helpful office staff makes it that much easier to keep up on regular cleanings. Plus they give me all of the appointment reminders I need I almost forgot to mention the uber comfortable dental chairs, the view of the creek and the photo overhead light covers! If you are looking for top-notch dental care that you can trust look no further.
