If I could, I would leave no stars. My son waited 6 months for his first appointment and then it got cancelled last minute because the doctor wasn't going to be in. Five months later he gets an appointment, drives from Eugene, and she refused to see him. The doctor told her assistant that he wasn't a neurology patient and that she wouldn't help him. He has a referral and is involuntarily shaking and has tremors. The least she could have done is come in and talk to him. Obviously this woman thinks she is above her patients and doesn't have their best interest in mind. These are human beings looking for answers and you have no right to act like you are above them and refuse to listen to his concerns. THAT IS YOUR JOB AND WHAT YOU GET PAID TO DO! I will never recommend this office.

My PCP and I have tried to see Salem Health Neurology via Julie Solomon for over a year. I have a serious neuromuscular disease and really just need to see a neurologist. An EMG would be great. I just need an appointment to move forward to start getting treatment. I am declining physically and she won't help me at all. So frustrated with the dismissive attitude. In the meantime I may be dying. Uggghhh.

I've been seeing Julie for years for botox injections for migraines. She's always been an attentive and caring provider. She tries to make the injections as bearable as possible. I have recommended her to friends, she's amazing!

Do not trust Julie Solomon with your neurology care. She is highly inexperienced but has an enormous ego. She cannot pronounce correctly basic neurological terms and was unable to correctly order an MRI as well as other testing. She does not listen, she's incapable of diagnosing the simplest of neurological issues, she lacks compassion and empathy and acts bored with her job.
