Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at the front desk is snotty little brats the early check in process is a joke and waste of time I had a key digitally and it closed off my phone then they said I needed the card there that my wife had made the reservation with but she was several hours later to arrive. The little brat at the front desk expected me to stand there for 3 and a half hours on crutches with a healing broken leg and wait I would not recommend this hotel and I have been a diamond member for several years leading up to this year due to the fact I refuse to stay at the sloppy hotels

Had a great stay while traveling on business at the Hampton Inn Salem. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants nearby. Convenient location just minutes from downtown and lots of parking. Room was spacious & very clean. Will be back again on future work trips.

Truly when I say.. Hilton is by far the best hotel Ive ever experienced. I REALLY MEAN IT! Location, service, rooms! By golly, THERE WAS A DISHWASHER IN OUR ROOM! Did I mention it was dog friendly!? Also! I must have their bed! Ive already shopped online to have my very own! Thank you Hilton!

Great stay - spacious and clean room. The pool is small, the jacuzzi looks clean. They have complimentary breakfast but I wouldnt count on it.
