Enterprise Instant Oil Change

Don't confuse them with "enterprise rent a car".
They have nothing to do with them.
Also, they might be good and changing oil (I don't know), but the guy over there overestimated his ability/knowledge.
My vehicle was not repaired as it should have been and therefore a good amount of stress, additional expenses and other temporary headaches was caused.
That person seemed to be too focused on making a quick buck, instead of caring for the quality of service or listening to what customer says.

Was my first time going there excellent customer service !! Makes you feel welcomed right away. Very caring people , quick and affordable service! Jose was amazing with us and did an excellent job !

My friend and I were about to drive from Salem to Portland on a rainy Sunday evening, when our Cadillac began making a strange flapping noise, somewhere under the car. It was almost 6 PM, and we couldnt think of what to do, but we were hesitant to make the drive in the rain without investigating. I searched on Google for someplace that offered some kind of automotive service at that hour on a Sunday night, and there was Enterprise Instant Oil Change, right near the Interstate 5 in Salem! We pulled into their service bay and explained what we were hearing. The service techs (Tyson and Dan) immediately went down and looked underneath the car. They discovered that the skip plate over the transmission had come loose, and they offered to make a temporary fix that could be permanently fixed by Cadillac the next day. We happily accepted, and when we tried to pay them, they declined, saying that they were just happy to help, knowing that we would now have a safe and worry-free trip up to Portland on a rainy night. I think this was remarkable service, and the only way that I can repay them is to post this review. What a wonderful business. I only wish we lived in Salem so I could patronize it more often!
