Dr. Scott Alvord

Had a terrible experience here. Went in for diagnosing and they did a single test. No interview or follow up questions. Took 3 months of pestering to get my results. I was diagnosed with a head injury at the age of 5 from a car accident. I have never been in a car accident nor had a head injury at age 5. I have seen other reviews that he has diagnosed people with things completely irrelevant to their person. Don't waste your time or money.

Was referred with very very high hopes. My initial "phone interview" was rescheduled by a text, not even a call, multiple times along with my initial testing appointment being rescheduled later on as well. Once I was at my actual appointment expecting to see Dr. Alvord, I was seen by another staff member due to Dr. Alvord having to "run out real quick" per the gentlemen I saw instead. A quick phone call informing me of this change would've been very appreciated. My appointment was in June and it is now August, I have had no follow up contact on this offices end. I've had to reach out multiple times for some type of answer regarding my test results, which I'm still waiting for. The only thing I received this far is a $2,000 + bill. I had read a few bad reviews regarding this provider in Eugene but was hopeful it was just a grumpy patient, I should've listened. Please do your research before scheduling with this office. This was my first time ever having the courage to do something like this and it was a complete let down thus far.
