Lisa K. Day was chosen to handle my familys affairs and was proven to be way out of her league. Lisa cost our family an astronomical amount of time and money to handle a relatively basic and affordable case and stretched our case, that was painful to our family, into a five year ordeal. She ultimately gave up on us and left us to hire another attorney who was beyond disbelief at Lisas incompetence and could not comprehend why she advised our family poorly and directed us along an illogical path that led to many years of frustration thus prolonging our pain and suffering. Our family filed several grievances with the Bar association and on multiple occasions they had notified Lisa K. Day to follow up with her client (us) after weeks of no contact avoiding direct questions regarding our case. Lisa K. Day is unprofessional, aloof and lacks the basic understanding of the legal system. Our Family ended up having to pay about $70,000 for a $5,000 case and what should have taken about a year ended up taking almost six years. Please do yourself and your loved ones a favor and find alternative legal assistance to help with your needs. Lisa K. Day should be ashamed to call herself an attorney and should think about a different line of work, a used car salesman seems more fitting.

Lisa is experienced, knowledgeable and very responsive. Her down-to-earth, warm personality made visiting a lawyer a lot less intimidating. She's upfront about her (very reasonable) fees, so there were no unpleasant surprises there. I'm really pleased with her services and highly recommend her.
