Working with Wapiti Pacific Contractors LLC was an easy process. We started out but wanting a demolition of an old building and ended up with a fantastic 36 x 36 shop. We are in the city limits and were able to meet the city requirements and meet our desired request. Matt is great at communicating and asking or letting us know options and made suggestion about things we hadnt really thought through. We are so pleased with the building, concrete, construction, lack of mess left behind and how fast the process moved along. We recommend them for your next addition.

First of all before I write this review I just want to say I have never written a review for any business or product. My experience with Matt and his sons was one that is worthy of me writing my first review. I contacted Matt to build my dream pole barn/shop. He responded very quickly and set up a time to come check out the area I wanted it built. I had no idea what size shop I could build since the location was on a gentle slope, so a lot of excavation needed to be done. He told me a ballpark of what I could build, but it wasnt until he was done sculpting the area that he told me I could fit a 40x72x18 with a 10x45 lean to on the back. I originally wanted the shop to be a certain way, but after excavation it was evident that I would need numerous loads of gravel/dirt to keep it that way. Matt said why dont you rotate the building and I said I didnt even think of that and thats what I went with and it worked out perfect. Everything from the design to dealing with his sub contractors was just what you would wish for. There wasnt a text, phone call or email that wasnt answered either right then and there or that day. Its hard to believe reading some of these reviews that what people are saying actually happened because my experience was the best anyone could ask for. I would highly recommend Wapiti Pacific Contractors!

We would absolutely recommend Wapiti Pacific. They built our 42' x 72' building with 17' sidewalls and scissor trusses. The finished product met all of our expectations. They are responsive during both design and build phases. Their pricing was very competitive. Pros: quality of finished product, timely communication, ability to respond to change requests / customization; customer first approach; Cons: building took longer than anticipated due to late start, weather and incorrect roofing material (this was made right by Wapiti without any push-back, but the rework delayed 1-2 days).

Matt took my money and left job in Washougal after a couple days with no excuse. Started excavation and DESTROYED the hillside right as the rain storms rolled in and looked like a bomb went off on my property. Blamed ME for not wanting to finish building my barn. Been waiting for refund of my deposits for almost a year which he has only partially refunded. Still about $4k owed! Run far away from this con man! I would be happy to provide a reference if you're interested- you could also do some research and see how many other people he has wronged.

I hired Wapiti to build a 36X48X16 building. We had some unique aspects to our build that Wapiti was very helpful with accommodating and provided helpful guidance every step of the way. The crew is proficient and polite. Great family business that can help from a design, engineered plans, excavation and site prep, and building perspective. I chose them because of the transparency and knowledge displayed during the design/creation phase and would highly recommend for anyone looking to get a new building on their property.
