Mt Hood Eye Care

From the minute I walked in the door everyone I encountered was friendly, kind and professional. I was immediately checked in by the lovely young woman at the front desk and only waited just a few minutes for Dr. Turin to take me back for my exam. I had a few concerns going in which he listened to and addressed thoroughly. I was impressed with how Dr Turin explained each step of the exam as we went along. After the exam I met Catherine who helped me chose my new frames and explained the different type lens and coatings available to me. In the end I think I got the best bang for my buck. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and will recommend Mt Hood Eye Care to my friends and family.

Best eye exam ever from Dr Bong. Fast compassionate and professional. The store manger Catherine was super patient with me trying to pick out that perfect pair of glasses and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about eye wear. She help me create the perfect solution to my eye care needs. Also, I am the guy who rarely gives reviews. I have told 3 people so far about my best eye care doctor appointment ever. Lovely people working at the front desk here, stopped by when I was in town because I had bent the arm on my glasses and they were so crooked! Not only did they fix them, but they cleaned them. I want to add that I did not buy these glasses here nor am I a patient. Customer service like this is so great to experience, Ill be getting my next pair here. Thank you!

My optometrist is knowledgeable and kind. The staff and office policies not so much. I spent over $600 on a pair of glasses, which are cheaply made, and fell apart. Every time I order contact lenses their are packages that are defective I end up with more from one eye than the other left, because the box that I opened, have tears in them. I have been wearing contacts and glasses since I was 12 years old. I am now pushing 40. There are definitely better options. If you want to make such a large purchase when it comes to investing in a good pair of glasses. Finding a pair of glasses, that works for every day living is not a one and done experience they expect you to keep the lenses even They fit or anything like that you know you end up not liking the way they feel theyre too heavy etc.. Theres no flexibility at all at this office you pay for it its yours otherwise your SOL. Living out in the country options are limited unless you want to commute. From now on, I will not be purchasing lenses or glasses from them. I will have to take my prescription elsewhere.
