        Cascadia Home Loans is highly recommended. When our home buying experience hit a snag, Matt Mchugh and his team went to work and showcased their incredible talent. We were using a VA Loan and the appraisal value came in low. Matt worked with the seller's agent to bring the appraised value up to the offer price or at least close. The appraiser did not increase the value putting our home purchase in jeopardy. This is when Matt really went to work. He worked with the seller's agent, my agent, and myself to create a dynamic Revision Of Value (ROV) package and convince the VA to increase the appraised value by over $30,000. Despite ROV's rarely getting approved, Matt and his team proved how good they are with the successful ROV. If not for Matt and his team's efforts, we would have lost this property and had to begin our home search all over again. If you want a straight forward and knowledgeable Loan Officer who has your best interests at heart, Cascadia Home Loans is the company you're looking for.

Although they hold appraisers to a higher standard than Conventional loans - or even FHA, they often have the best rates and lowest fees.
