My family is staying in the area for vacation and we have been doing beach fires at night. It seems like every store in the area is selling 5-8$ bundles of kindling that you can burn through in about 20 minutes. We went through 3 bundles in one night with the ones from the grocery store. I was looking for a local place that might have a better deal as we love having a fire to end on each night. I found this place via Google and Im glad I did. The owner has a huge selection of bulk wood bins to choose from as well as smaller bundles if you wish. They come in all shapes and sizes. I paid $35 dollars and filled up half of our van with firewood. If you plan on having a camp fire while staying in the area, and especially if you plan on having a fire on multiple nights, this is a great way to save money. The owner is cool to talk to as well. Great experience. Make sure you have room to haul it all away because youre going to get a lot of wood for the price. I never leave reviews and hate doing it. So take this is the highest recommendation a lazy person can give. Go here.

Larry Joe is a friendly dude if you're lucky enough to meet him while purchasing! There is a convenient drop-box for cash if no one is on-site to assist. Equivalent prices (for better burning wood) to local gas stations for stacks, but LJ also offers affordable larger chunks and pieces that will really get your beach fire raging. Support your local businesses on the way out to the beach!
